This is a video well worth watching if you have any interest in the relationship between Web 2.0 projects, and institutional forms. If he is correct, and I believe he is already being shown to be, then the next few years will see significant changes to the way many institutions function, I believe we are already seeing these changes, and attempts to stop them (attempts which will inevitably prove pointless).
